Murphy Terms of Use

1. What Murphy is

Murphy is an early-stage autonomous AI system. It can read mail addressed to your tenant alias, route requests to internal agents, and act on workflows you authorize. It is provided as-is with no service-level guarantees.

2. What you agree to

• You will not use Murphy for illegal activity, harassment, spam, malware distribution, or content prohibited by U.S. law.
• You consent to operator review of any data submitted through your tenant — including emails, files, and dashboard activity.
• You understand Murphy may pause, restrict, or terminate your tenant at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
• You will not attempt to bypass authentication, exhaust system resources, or interfere with other tenants.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of content you submit. Inoni LLC may process, store, and analyze it to operate the service, including training internal pattern systems (the "shadow agent") that learn your communication preferences. We do not sell tenant data.

4. Limits

Murphy enforces daily caps, rate limits, and content gates (ShieldWall, ClamAV) automatically. Quota and gates may change without notice.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the tenant at any time. Operator-initiated termination preserves your data for 30 days unless TOS violation requires immediate purge.

6. Disclaimers

MURPHY IS PROVIDED "AS IS." INONI LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO FEES PAID (CURRENTLY ZERO) IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
